Its parent organization is head quartered in Irish having its presence in major countries of Gulf. B. Position – FEMALE SECRETARY C. Reporting to – Managing Director D. Nationality of Managing Director – Indian from Tamil Nadu but you can be attached with any director too. E. Qualification-Minimum Graduate preferably with Diploma in Secretarial Practice. F. Skills- 1. Strong communication skills in English 2. Confident & with positive attitude towards work 3. Excellent computer skills / MS Word/Excel knowledge is a must 4. Knowledge of email etiquettes & comfortable with internet terminologies 5. Good telephonic conversation skill’s with neutral accent 6. Maintain MD’s office work neat and ability to work under pressure G. Profile- Usual secretarial work, day to coordination with all department heads, Outside agencies, Government Departments, Ministries , Consultants ,organizing meetings, Travel arrangements , handling entire MD office functions etc etc H. Preference- The position will suit most who have experience in handling secretarial functions of a Top executive of a a big organization and can work independently/take work pressure with initiatives. I. Basic Salary –Will be decided based of your skills and experience J. Leave -30 days leave after on completion of 12 months regular service with company air passage. K. Leave Pay & Gratuity-As per Omani Labour Law will be paid. L. Contract period- Two years. It can be renewed based on performance as well as mutual consent of employer and employee. M. Medical-You will be entitled free medical for all normal ailment except dental & optical. N. Mobile – As per Company policy. O. Transport – You will be provided company Transport from your residence to place of work and vice versa P.
